YOGA 

We live in a fast-paced world where we are bombarded with messages to do more, be more, have more that we often lose sight of what our true authenticity, Satya, really is.

 It was through the practice of Yoga that Nea could slowly shut out the noise and connect to her Inner Voice for guidance.  Regular yoga practice became a powerful healing tool for the mind, body, Spirit connection.  It helped her to realign to the spiritual part of herself, tap into new energy resources, and to see solutions to problems that once seemed unsolvable.  

As your yoga instructor, it is Nea’s mission to create a safe space for all her students to slow down and connect to the magic that resides in all of us.  Her classes will assist you with syncing breath to the movement of your body with ease and comfort.  It is through this mindful practice that allows students to cultivate increased self-awareness and a deeper sense of self-acceptance by learning to love what is.
